The latest episode is 87 (that's including both the episodes from Shugo Chara and Shugo Chara Doki) you can watch it here at ZOMG Anime or cruchyroll. To watch it at crunchyroll you have to buy membership since they release new episodes 1 hour after it airs in Japan, but then as soon as there is another new episode released, the episode becomes free to the public.
